3D printing is used when other manufacturing processes have reached their limits. It enables production of complex geometries, meaning that, for example, cavities and internal structures can be created.
To that end, we have two 3D printers that work in accordance with the FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) process. In this process, the extruder (heated nozzle) applies the plastic threads, which it has previously heated and liquefied, onto the work surface layer by layer.
As soon as one layer of the material has cooled and hardened, the next layer is applied.
This produces the real image of a 3D model layer by layer.
The plastics ABS, PLA, PETG, Onyx and Green-Tec can be used as printing materials. The materials are characterised by their excellent durability and high temperature resistance, and they can be processed further as required without any issues.
We can print parts for you in dimensions of up to 360 x 380 x 330 mm. All we need from you for this is a digital 3D model.
