By applying a wafer-thin PU skin, we can better protect foams from dirt, moisture and damage.
Alternatively, there is also the option of creating a rubber skin to create a gas-tight surface, such as for producing vacuum suction plates.
In other cases, we add a super-thin vapour barrier on the foams to prevent moisture from being absorbed.
