Film lamination / adhesive lamination

Due to their porosity, foams are characterised by good cushioning or spring-like/elastic features that can be advantageous for a product. On the other hand, a disadvantage is that those pores may for example absorb moisture when that is not desired, or foams must be kept out of contact with certain substances (such as food).

To deal with that, we offer the option of covering the foam with various films, in other words, permanently gluing them on, or subsequently adding a skin.

We can customise all products in accordance with your specifications, even in small series or one-off production.
