Our rolls, rollers, roller coatings and roller covers are manufactured exactly in accordance with customer specifications.
It does not matter whether you are looking for a foamed surface made of cellular rubber, PUR foam or PE foam, or whether you want a roller coating made of silicone or solid rubber.
It is also possible to combine different materials when creating the roller coating/roller cover (such as soft sponge rubber core with abrasion-resistant PUR skin or special silicone roller coating)
Rollers and roller coatings can be produced up to a total length of 4,000 mm.
Do you have old rollers that need to be stripped of their old covering and re-manufactured?
No problem: just send us your old rollers, and we will make the roller coating look like new again!
We can customise all products in accordance with your specifications, even in small series or one-off production.
