Our microcellular PUR foam has a very fine, mixed-cell pore structure and is characterised by extremely good spring-like/elastic and damping properties.
That makes PUR foam suitable for elastic bearings and for protection against structure-borne noise and vibrations.
PUR foams are available in strengths (volumetric weight) from 170 kg/m³ to 870 kg/m³. The different strengths can be distinguished by the material's colour:
Yellow | 170 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Orange | 195 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Blue | 210 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Pink | 245 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Green | 275 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Black | 380 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Brown | 380 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Red | 510 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Grey | 670 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Turquoise | 810 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
Violet | 870 kg/m³ (+/-20%) |
PUR foams below 130 kg/m³ are usually listed as soft foam.
We can manufacture all products made of PUR foam completely customised in accordance with your specifications, including as small series or in one-off production.
