Cellular Vulkollan® and Cellasto®
Cellular Vulkollan® and Cellasto® (incorrectly also called Vulkollan foam or cellular Vulkollan by some customers) is at least 65% open-cell, water-foamed polyurethane and has extremely good dynamic properties.
For example, our cellular Vulkollan® and Cellasto® can be compressed very well without major permanent deformation, even under extreme continuous loads. This behaviour is also maintained, with small deviations in the properties, when the application temperatures change (-30°C to +80°). It has high impact resilience and good abrasion resistance.
That is why cellular Vulkollan® and Cellasto® are used wherever the product will be frequently and extremely powerfully compressed over a long period of time, for example on rollers, spring elements and damper bearings.
We can manufacture all products made of cellular Vulkollan® or Cellasto® customised in accordance with your specifications including as small series or as one-off production.
