Foams can also be milled. With our state-of-the-art 5-axis simultaneous milling machines, we can manufacture parts up to a size of 450 x 700 x 1400 mm (HxWxL). The only thing we need from you is the 3-D model of your product as an IGES or STEP file.
In addition to various foam products (such as case linings), we also manufacture our own aluminium moulds for PU processing. This enables us to quickly respond to your needs independently of external service providers and to always have all processes under our own control.

We do not need an expensive and complex casting or injection mould to produce this polyurethane product in small batches. We can easily mill small series or prototypes from a PUR block at short notice. That saves our customers time and money.

This moulding part is also required in small numbers. The quickest and cheapest solution was a milled product made of PE foam.

Normally, this folded beam would have been designed as a moulded part. However, due to the small number of pieces, the decision was made to use a milled product. Especially in the development phase of the product, it was still possible to make various adjustments due to the production method, which would have been costly with a moulded part.
