PUR soft foam

The open-cell PUR flexible foams processed by HIRI are based on ethers and esters. These PUR soft foams are available as standard in volumetric weights (density/strength) from 20 kg/m³ to 130 kg/m³.


Our PUR flexible foams are generally white or anthracite in colour, but can also be obtained in special colours (such as skin-coloured foam material for orthopaedic products).

PUR flexible foam is often used as upholstery for furniture or packaging or as a pressure roller in mechanical engineering.
